The Analysis Of The PPP Scheme Of Landscape Projects On Landscape Enterprises

In the ranking of the sun-rise industries,the landscape industry ranks in the front,however,the feature of the landscape industry includes that:the single choice of collecting fund,the huge investment of money,the slow speed of getting the accounts receivable,which makes the development of landscape industry slow.However,the appearance of the new mode—PPP pattern,not only can absorb the large number of social capital,and also can reduce the cost of the landscape project,and improve the efficiency of the operation and the quality of the infrastructure.As a result,the landscape enterprises make full use of the PPP model,which not only can solve the difficulties of collecting funds,but also can reduce the investment of government.In this thesis,I will use the method of the incorporation of theory and case to analyze the content about the PPP model of the engineering project of the Beijing Orient Garden Company.At the basis of the analyse of the theory and the situation about the PPP model,picking up some analyse angle.including the environment of collecting funds,the company finance,the business circumstance,,the models of collecting funds and so on to study the PPP model of the Beijing Orient Garden Company.I chose the project of Beijing Fangshan Liulihe Wetland Park from the Beijing Orient Garden Company,making two kinds of PPP models—the PPP model of the environmental fund and the outright purchases of accounts receivable,and then analysing the cost of the collecting fund,the financial benefit,the project risk of the two chosen PPP models,and then choose the best model—the outright purchases of accounts receivable by using the comprehensive scoring method.At the end of the thesis,showing some advice about the implementation of the PPP model of the outright purchases of accounts receivable,including improving the management of accounts receivable,the right mechanism of the PPP projects,the effective mechanism of risk management,reaching the reliable platform of collecting fund The research of the PPP model will be a good reference for other landscape companies.
