Resource-based city is a special type of city,it is based on the development,acquisition,processing and utilization of resources and growing up.In our country currently designated city,resources cities about one 5 of the left and right sides,such as oil city of daqing,anshan steel,coal cities.Since the founding of the city made a huge contribution to the modernization,but because of the resources city is accompanied by large-scale development and utilization of resources and form,its industrial structure to the development and utilization of resources as the center,how for mining and primary processing industry,so the mineral resources irrefragable determines the resources reserves will gradually dried up,rising cost of mining processing productivity fell sharply,a large number of workers facing laid off.As the leading industries of resources city recession,economic contraction,fiscal revenues,surge in unemployment,employment pressure,urban infrastructure and social undertakings of debt is hard to do,social security is put into effect,the development of social undertakings lags behind,and social instability.For these resources city,changes the single industrial structure,choosing appropriate conform to the principles of sustainable development of leading industries,and through the leading industry correlation drive before and after the new development of relevant industries,promote the integration of urban economy,to out and continue to prosper.Promotes the economic transformation of resources city,therefore,is not only an important task of construction of ecological civilization,but also to realize the sustainable development of China's economic and social coordination,green,a major goal.
