In recent years,with the emergence of Internet of things,"smart home" becomes the new "blue ocean" market.Home broadband access is the key to a "smart home".Whoever masters the "the last mile" to the home masters the market.Therefore,it is of great importance to build and develop family broadband for telecom operators including China MobileThis paper mainly adopts literature research,benchmarking study,investigation,interview and other methods.It explores the development of family broadband in Hunan,uses ideas and methods such as PEST and SWOT model,and takes the approach of comparative analysis ofthe local leading family broadband operators in Hunan.The paper also conducts comprehensive carding and analysis of the development and operation status quo of hunan mobile family broadband,and it analyzes the major problems existing in the marketing work in family broadband.With 4Ps as the theoretical guidance,it puts forward the overall thinking and framework of the precision marketing system for family broadband.Based on the reality,it bases on customer segmentation andputs forward concrete strategies and suggestions on the construction of the precision marketing system for family broadbandfrom the perspectives of product,channel,prices,promotion,and system support several.The paper puts forward the concrete landing and safeguard measures from the aspects of system support,organization personnel,institutional process and rec ource input.the precision marketing in the branch in Changsha had been implemented and the effect had been proved.On the basis of long-term development,at the age of big data,who owns the data who wins the profit.Mobile operators possess unique advant age at the data resource aspect,so they should make good use of the enterprise internal and external data in actual operations.The establishment of broadband precision marketing system in this article closely relies on the support of big data.In the fut ure,our province will continue to study deeply all the aspects supported by the data-based broadband precision marketing system,such as the support of the grid management and content operation..
