Construction And Evaluation Of An Innovative Model For Coal Mine Enterprises Based On Internal Technology Market

Coal mine enterprises must improve technology innovation and enhance enterprises' competitiveness to ensure sustain and stable development.However,coal mine enterprises' technology innovation ability is usually lower and lack of R & D investment.Cooperation with research institution and universities is not tight enough.These seriously hamper the sound development of national coal mine enterprises.Therefore how to establish innovative mode and improve innovative mechanism of coal mine enterprises becomes a realistic problem of coal industry.This paper presents an innovative model for coal mine enterprises based on internal technology market.Firstly,it considers the basis,support,composition and incentive mechanism of technology innovative mode.Several core aspects on organization guarantee,technology investment,personal innovation,internal technology market,innovation performance are analyzed.Then it builds an DEA model to evaluate the innovative mode of coal mine enterprises.Finally,empirical research proves the application of this model.The main contents are as follows:(1)It discusses the research at home and abroad on innovative mode of coal mine enterprises.Then the problems of technology innovation existing national coal mine enterprises are analyzed,including innovation system,innovation awareness and independent property right.(2)The innovative mode based on internal technology market is established from the aspects of organization guarantee,technology investment,personal innovation,internal technology market,innovation performance.It introduces the management contents and processes of this innovative mode.Then the running mechanism of coal mine enterprises is analyzed.(3)Based on the principles of evaluation index system,this paper selects technology expenses,innovative cooperation programs,technical staff and innovation award as input indicators,the number of patent application,published paper,books and new technology program as output indicators.Then an evaluation model of innovative mode in coal mine enterprises is established by DEA method.(4)According to survey,it chooses Coking coal group as an empirical object and evaluates the innovative mode.The results are analyzed from DEA validity,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.The research shows that the innovative mode based on internal technology market can improve innovative organization and mechanisms and enhance enterprises' competition and innovation level.This enriches the innovative theory of coal mine enterprises and has important practical significance to realize sound development for coal mine enterprises.
