With the end of the gold industry development period,the situation at home and abroad changed rapidly,the coal enterprises in which the internal and external development environment has changed,the idea of workers began to diversify.Special work features and working environment of coal industry result in psychological fragile staff,lack of security,and their mental health reduce production efficiency,but also become more difficult to guarantee safety of production.Today,mental health of career has been widely concerned,and all kinds of enterprises have also launched the Employee Assistance Program(EAP),and carry out a number of forms of activities.The National Federation of Trade Unions issued the " The five year plan of national staff quality construction project(2015 ~ 2019)" stressed that in 2015 to 2019,we must strengthen the mental health education of workers,do a good job for psychological counseling,give employees enough humanistic care,encourage and guide enterprises to actively carry out psychological counseling and training,establish specialized staff counseling hotline,comprehensive protect workers mental health.This study is based on the introduction of the Employee Assistance Program(EAP)of TK Coal Mine.First,it demonstrates the necessity and significance of introducing this concept for the establishment of occupational mental health management system.Then,based on the domestic and foreign literature about occupational mental health and EAP,provide brief analysis to SCL-90,which is used for mental health assessment.Then,conduct a sample survey on the mental health status of TK coal mine staff,carry out psychological evaluation and in-depth interviews with employees,and find that there exist problems in the psychological pressure of employees.On the basis of this,design the EAP implementation scheme,and establish the occupational mental health management system.Finally,a series of EAP activities are carried out according to the actual needs,and the results of the project are evaluated by the second year's mental health assessment data.
