| With the development of science and technology,the economical and environmental problem become more and more serious.Every government pays more attention to the theme of social responsibility and put it into practice.If the company wants to survive in the further development,it must conform to the international tendency and fulfill the social responsibility actively.With the raising of sustainable development and harmony society,the theme of our company fulfilling social responsibility is submitted to the schedule and has attracted more and more attention.With the development of market economic system and our economy,the company realizes that the maximum profit is not the only goal and fulfilling social responsibility has the same significance.More and more company put fulfilling social responsibility into development strategy and use the way of donations.How to drive the company to fulfill the social responsibility consciously and make fulfilling the social responsibility accord with development strategy,fulfilling the promoting effect which fulfilling the social responsibility has on the financial performance is the issue that needs studying at present.If a company has the culture of stakeholders,it will pay more attention to the effect which stakeholders have on company’s functioning and undertake more social responsibility from the aspects of operating strategy and business ethics instead of managerial self-interest and system.This is useful to maintaining the good relationship between the company and stakeholders and promoting the financial performance.Based on this background,in this paper,defining "cooperation、win-win、trust、honest "as the stakeholders’ culture,measuring the level of fulfilling the social responsibility in the time and number of donations,taking the example of Shuanghui Development,We will study systematically about the relationship between corporate culture,corporate social responsibility and financial performance.Firstly,we state the previous theoretical achievements relevant and raise the theoretical framework about the theme.Then,taking the example of Shuanghui Development and combining the background analysis of the food manufacturing industry,we discuss the case company concretely and get the inspirations from the case analysis result.At last,we summarize the main conclusion and shortcoming. |
