The Study On The Development Of Smart Tourism Based On Industry Convergence

As the arrival of "travel +" and "Internet +" era,based on the background of "Wisdom City" and relying on the modern information technology which develops rapidly,Tourism Industry integrates with Information Industry and then generates a new industry – Smart Tourism.Smart Tourism is the fruit of the deep convergence of tourism resources and information resources,not only enrich the connotation of Information Industry,broaden its development field,but also trigger a new round of reform of Tourism Industry,deeply influence Smart Tourism industry’s business,company management and industry operation mode.Now the Study of Tourism and Information Industries’ convergence has become a new hotspot at home and abroad.Tianjin,as one of the pioneers which develops Smart Tourism early,is lack of attention from academia in which scholar can do some investigation and research on Tianjin’s development of Smart tourism,but now making a blank in this field.In this thesis,based on the development of Chinese Smart Tourism and from the perspective of industry convergence,this thesis summarizes academic researches about Smart Tourism,industry convergence and so on.It mainly puts forward some basic concepts before falling into a deep research,such as Tourism Industry,Industry Convergence and Smart Tourism.At the same time,this thesis introduces system theory,the industrial chain theory,and the theory of tourism sustainable development,as the theory tools to study Smart Tourism.Besides,it explains the mechanism,path and research of the conceptual model about the convergence of Smart tourism industry.Based on the conceptual model,the thesis studies Tianjin’s Smart Tourism,discusses the problems about Smart Tourism in the process of development and proposes several constructive opinions for the problems.This thesis deepens the understanding of the nature of the Tourism Industry,enriching convergence theory research of tourism industry.The research studying on Tianjin’s Smart tourism can help it promote the transformation,development,industrial structure optimization of Tianjin’s tourism industry.Meanwhile,it provides reference for the development of Smart tourism in China.
