The Model Research On Industrial Convergence From The Perspective Of Product

Industry convergence is one of frontier issues in industrial economics research.Industrial convergence probably reconstructs a new industrial system by industrial innovation,improving industrial competitiveness and promoting industrial structure upgrading.At the present stage,scholars applied diverse theories and research methods to study industry convergence from different perspectives.However,there are no consensus in concept,influencing factors,classifications,effects,quantitative measures etc. Research results of industrial convergence are qualitatively or phenomenally descriptive without a mature theoretical system. The boundary analysis is main of the existing researches.It causes that convergence state is difficult to identify due to indistinct industrial boundaries.And it is harmful for researches to make empirical research deeply.So this paper clarifies the concept of industry convergence and determine conditions of its occurrence though a quantitative model.Firstly,Based on the concept of convergence product,this paper proposes a new theory of industrial convergence.Secondly,in the framework of evolutionary game theory,it constructs a evolutionary game model of competition and cooperative behavior during convergence process with convergence product development activities.Specifically,under the concept of profit and cost,it builds a evolutionary game matrix And with "evolutionary stable strategy",it describes the long-term evolutionary trend of competition and cooperative of enterprises from inter-industry.dealing with the evolutionary stability,the paper quantitatively analyze the convergence conditions and obtains industry convergence results by analyzing different competition and cooperation behavioral strategies. Thirdly,for problem,camera phones will promote camera industry and phone industrial convergence,this paper detailed analysis of its convergence conclusions and convergence conditions.Finally,the article gives recommendations For enterprises,(1)they need to accelerate product innovation, reduce convergence costs and enhance the convergence product’s value;(2)they need to strengthen cross-industry cooperation and improve the efficiency of resource;(3)they need to explore the new markets of convergence products and improve the convergence product’s replacement rate.For government,(1)Deregulation some industrial policy and form a good property protection system.(2)Increase R & D subsidies and adjusted R & D subsidies style.
