Research On The Development Of Cold Chain Logistics In Dalian Port

Cold chain logistics can effectively reduce the decay rate of fresh fruit,meat,aquatic products and other fresh products in the circulation process,which is of great significance to reducing waste,improving economic and social benefits,ensuring food safety,and stabilizing supply and demand.The output and demand of fresh agricultural products in Northeast China are huge,but the development of cold chain logistics is very backward,and up to now,there has been no reasonable layout for the development of cold chain logistics,so it is urgent to integrate regional logistics resources through professional third party logistics enterprises,and establish a cold chain logistics system with perfect function,industrial agglomeration and reasonable layout.As the leading enterprise for revitalization of the northeast old industrial base and Liaoning coastal economic belt development and opening,Dalian Port group put forward the strategic task of restructuring development and adjusting structure timely to build Dalian Port as the core of the northeast region of international logistics system.As an important link of logistics system,the reasonable setting of cold chain logistics is of great significance to improving the layout of Dalian Port logistics network,promoting the upgrading of enterprise structure,and consolidating the Northeast Asia International Logistics Center status of Dalian.Therefore,this paper studied the problem of Dalian Port cold chain logistics development and put forward the corresponding development suggestions,to guide the construction and development of Dalian Port cold chain logistics system.In order to achieve the above research objectives,before studying the development of cold chain logistics,it is necessary to forecast the demand of cold chain logistics in Dalian Port so as to avoid the lack of decision-making.Considering that the cold chain logistics system of Dalian Port is a typical grey system,and that the prediction of this paper is based on the relevant data from 2010 to 2016 to predict the corresponding data of this specific level year 2020,which is relatively short term and static,the grey prediction GM(1,1)model can be used to obtain ideal data.By using the grey forecasting method,the paper forecasted the cold chain transportation demand in Dalian Port in 2020 and the model has passed the tests and has good prediction accuracy.Based on the prediction results,the development goal of Dalian Port cold chain logistics is defined in the following part,and the specific content of the construction of Dalian Port cold chain logistics system is designed.Ultimately,the paper put forward some important measures to guarantee the development of cold chain logistics.
