Research On The Application Of Agile Development Method In Software Project Management Of Z Company

The traditional focus on software development project management processes and documents, on the two aspects of the requirements are very high, Z company is using this model. The software development project management system do in the development of software project management plays a key role, so a lot of software project success achieved, enterprises this return. Software maturity model, ISO9000, is the process of the waterfall model system. But with the development of Z company, the software requirements are increasingly high, the change of user demand is very large and fast, so the software project management has become more and more difficult to adapt to such changes. So the author tries to use in Z company agile software development method, to solve existing problems.Agility has the ability to respond to changes in an unpredictable competitive environment. The biggest difference between traditional software process management and agile software process management is the views on the "change" and "people", the agile software process management is mainly to solve in changes in the project environment and process of balanced development.This paper first introduces the traditional software management theory, including the concept of CMMI, ISO9001 and waterfall model. Then some basic concepts of agile software process management and the research of agile development theory are given. Then combined with the Z company's current situation, explains the disadvantages of the traditional software management methods, and then to solve these problems, the use of agile management methods to solve and give the evaluation results. At last, the paper discusses the application of agile in the traditional software enterprise.
