The Project Management And Implementation Of The Real Estate Cost Control System

With the development of the industry,the cost control management has played an increasingly important role in the development of the real estate industry,and how to ensure the project quality,progress and cooperation,but also to get the most benefit is the focus of domestic and foreign scholars.In this paper,the mainly work os as following:(1)The earned value management theory is applied to the real estate cost control system,the earned value management theory is researched,and based on the cost control process,the theory is defined as a function module for development and implementation through the software design;(2)Through the needs analysis and system design of real estate project cost control system,this paper carries on the whole real estate project cost control system's demand analysis and the overall design,and the concrete demand analysis use case diagram and activity diagram is given;(3)In order to ensure the project development process to be stable and smooth,the project of the real estate project cost control system project is broken down by the way of WBS;(4)The application of the cost control theory in software engineering management ensuing the cost control system of real estate project cost control system could solve the problem.The project cost control analysis and management effectively ensure the the cost control of the project in the development process.
