Research On The Export Trade Agent Process Reengineering Of SCE Company

Today the globalization and internet develops rapidly under the market economy society.The traditional division of labour management mode and organization is not suitable for customers competitions and changes in 3C era.To improve the core competitiveness,company management and organization needs to be adjusted according to the internal and external environment by renovation.In recent years,the traditional monopolistic trade agencies were transformed by flourishing of free competition with the increasing of export trades and trades agencies.In order to increase the market share and profit,more and more companies are focused on process reengineering,searching the renovation of management for unique competitive advantage.The thesis is researched on the stated-owned SCE company with business process reengineering.It analyzes the current company main business process and analyzes the transformation and upgradation by three sub-processes,customer assessment process,customs clearance process and rebate payment process.It raises the necessary of business process reengineering in SCE company.For solving this,it reengineers three sub-processes by reengineering target and team with advanced science information and technology.Finally,it perfects the organization structure with relevant information and technology by analysis of business process and evaluation in half year,and proposes to improve it continuously.The SCE company efficiency,service quality and customer satisfaction are improved greatly by reengineering the export trade process,renovation of management.At the same time,the core competitiveness is strengthened and profit is increased dramatically.To conclude,the thesis is practical and useful for SCE company and the same industry for process management and transformation.
