At present,the economic development has entered the "new normal",the urban infrastructure construction enters the 2.0 era,with the "deep ploughing city,regional operation" as the center,and the urban form development to the functional developme nt.Along with the accelerating urbanization process,people's demand for public infrastructure,to lead to urban infrastructure construction fund pressure increasing,the government alone and fiscal investment have been unable to meet the huge demand for investment.In this context,it is urgent to innovate urban infrastructure investment and financing mode,participate in market competition and seek diversified developme nt pattern.By stimulating and stimulating social capital,we can provide abundant financial support for urban infrastructure construction and bring new economic growth points for urban development.This paper takes the Ganjiang River landscape project as the research object,fully considers the project design and planning positioning,and carries on the evaluation and share research on the project risk.Firstly,based on SWOT analysis,this paper analyzes the current financing mode of the Ganjiang River landscape project,evaluates the project risk situation,and provides basis for risk analysis.Then,combining literat ure research and brainstorming to identify the project risk factors for the entire life cycle,and using the analytic hierarchy process to quantify the identified risk factors analysis,and evaluate important degree of project risk sorting.At the same time,the project risk is reasonably Shared among the stakeholders of the project.Finally,the identified risk factors have been identified to address the strategy.
