With new normal of Chinese economy,de-capacity starts in many industries.The aluminum alloy industry in Zhejiang Province also faces critical turning point with challenges and opportunities.Large manufacturing companies leverage advances on technology,capital and capacity to push industry upgrade and increase market centralization.On the other side,small enterprises respond to competition through timely product portfolio switch.In order to seek key factor for product quality and competitiveness,and propose development steps for aluminum alloy industry,the manufacturing,equipment,R&D capability was evaluated for aluminum alloy companies in Zhejiang Province.With the base of multilayer structure model and correlation analysis method,mathematical model was established to interpret common quality evaluation theory in combination of industry characteristics.The analysis of aluminum alloy industry in Zhejiang Province was performed through representative enterprise survey,questionnaire survey and field survey.Production factors for different companies,e.g.,the correlation of process,equipment and R&D capability with quality level was calculated according to the model.Key factor was identified and targeted improve plan was advised.The key factors for safety,practicability,processability and aesthetics of aluminum alloy products were aluminum rod,extrusion process,aging,extruder and surface treatment.The model can be used as guide for technology improvement for aluminum alloy manufactures,decision reference for local government and industry upgrade for Zhejiang Province.Major innovation: unique quality evaluation model was designed in combination of aluminum alloy industry characteristics.Evaluation result from the model reflect product quality level for aluminum alloy industry of Zhejiang province. |
