Recently years,infrastructure investment in domestic has a rapidly growth.Railway,highway,city construction,urban subway and electrical power developed very fast.Internationally,Europe and other developed and developing countries especially India have stepped up investment in infrastructure,rock bolts as an important infrastructure supporting materials,ushered in an unprecedented development.At present,the equipment in domestic manufacturers are out of date,and its production process is complex,quality is not stable enough,and most companies are small companies,and still as the small workshop mode.D company based on a breakthrough new production process,successfully developed a new technology on rock bolts lines,which is superior quality,is welcomed by domestic and foreign users.However,D Company was poor on production operations management,usually cannot meet the delivery requirements of customers,production operations management improvement desired by D company.Firstly,analysis on present operation management of D company,from the organizational structure,process,workshop logistics,supply chain and business model gradually sort out management issues in five aspects which are exist in D company.On the basis of systematic analysis of D company,operations management and improvement measures are proposed for D company.Secondly,Application of theoretical methods related on operational management for the production of D company operations management improvements.Application organizational structure change in the manufacturing sector,adopts the workstation director operation system,to focus on first-line managers,and progress for the subsequent production and management improvements;improvement on bottlenecks in the production process,balancing the production lines to increase production rhythm;logistics optimization in workshop of D Company,to improve material handling efficiency;supply chain optimization,procurement processes and orders handle process improvements,improved internal communication efficiency,optimize inventory by different strategy to reduce inventory costs.Finally,since D Company possesses Know-how advantages,operating mode of D company should be from a single manufacturing extend to manufacturing services,to acquisition new core competitiveness in future.
