The quality cost management is an important content of total quality management,and it is the inevitable result of combining of quality and economic benefit.Quality cost management is of great significance for deepening the overall quality management theory and methods,improving the business philosophy of enterprises,and helping enterprises to take the development road of the quality and efficiency.China's general equipment manufacturing industry,is the basic industry in the equipment manufacturing industry,which industry concentration is low in addition to individual sub-sectors,and the product difference is not obvious in this industry.In this market and industry environment,enterprise must use scientific methods to carry out the cost of accounting,analysis,control and other work,to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and enhance the concept of quality and efficiency.In this paper,it starts the theory and application of research and exploration from the enterprise quality cost management.First of all,this paper elaborates the basic theory of quality cost management systematically,and analyzes the guiding effect of each theory on practical application,and introduces the PDCA cycle management mode.And then as a guide to the XL Electrical and Mechanical Company's actual quality and cost management analysis.Through the analysis of the current situation of quality cost management of this enterprise,it finds out its existing problems,analyzes the reasons,and finally puts forward the improvement plan of quality cost management with specific and applicability,and the safeguard measures needed for the implementation of the scheme.The implementation of the scheme firstly clears the improvement of ideas,that is,PDCA cycle management model,emphasizing planning,implementation,inspection,processing,continuous rotation,and continuous improvement;Secondly,the specific improvement measures include four main aspects:improve the quality of cost management organizations,improve the quality cost accounting system,improve the quality of cost analysis and reporting,strengthen the quality of cost control;Finally,with the safeguard measures supplement:the implementation of full training and education,the information of quality and cost management,the strict implementation of quality cost management assessment,to improve the quality of the enterprise cost management,reduce business costs,improve business efficiency,and enhance enterprise market competition force.The research is aimed at the specific problems of XL Electromechanical Company,and it has the guiding significance to the quality cost management of the enterprise.At the same time it has a certain reference value on the same industry in other equipment manufacturing enterprises for their quality and cost management improvements can provide a reference to solve the problem.
