In the process of market transactions,credit sales are widely used in enterprises which is an effective way to improve competitiveness,expand market share of enterprises,and reduce inventory.As a result,receivables came into being.In order to expand sales and occupation of the market,these funds are occupied by customers.High accounts receivable affect the liquidity of funds,and even result in the risk of bad debts that can not be fully recovered.Therefore,it is particularly important to monitor and manage the whole process of accounts receivable collection.On the basis of summarizing the research on the management of accounts receivable,this paper takes the management of accounts receivable of HPC as the object of study.And based on the information asymmetry theory,principal-agent theory and product life cycle theory,this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the management of accounts receivable.After our field research,we found that HPC accounts receivable management has problems on credit sales,and formed a large number of overdue collection of accounts,and was increasing year by year.In the in-depth analysis,we found that the company's credit foundation and credit rating management is not standardized,and they don't attach importance to the customer information file management.On the other hand,there is no different customer level for the use of different credit policy standards,and the credit management of the contract is not strictly standardized.As a result,This article is recommended from the perspective of customer credit,contract credit and account monitoring as well as bad debt management.And then builds a management framework for accounts receivable from the perspective of the customer credit management,the daily contract and credit policy management as well as the subsequent collection of accounts receivable.
