Research On Reverse Logistics Mode And Benefit Distribution Of Waste Automobiles In Manufacturers Alliance

With the improvement of people's living conditions and consumption levels,the demand and possession of automobiles have also increased significantly,and the car scrapping period is approaching.However,China's automobile recycling industry is not standardized,recycling small,loose management,non-standard recycling channels,secondary pollution of the environment,seriously hampered the development of China's automobile recycling economy.Therefore,it is very important to solve the problem of shortage of automobile resources and to realize the recycling of automobile resources and the sustainable development by implementing the reverse logistics activities of the waste automobiles,establishing the appropriate reverse logistics model and distribution model of the waste automobiles,and recycling and using the waste automobiles.Based on the characteristics of the waste automobiles,the definition,characteristics and purpose of the reverse logistics of the waste automobiles are given firstly.Secondly,the existing reverse logistics mode of waste automobiles is divided into the reverse logistics mode of waste automobiles led by manufacturers,the reverse logistics mode of waste automobiles led by manufacturers alliance and the reverse logistics mode of waste automobiles dominated by the third party logistics enterprises.The advantages and disadvantages of the alliance model are highlighted,and the model of the reverse logistics of the waste automobiles is constructed.The implementation process of the manufacturers alliance model is analyzed.In the end,the profit distribution principle and the influencing factors under the manufacturers alliance mode are expounded.The benefit distribution model of the manufacturers alliance model is given,and the risk modification factor is introduced to improve the profit distribution model.In the end,the paper validates the validity of the model of reverse logistics and profit distribution of the waste automobiles by SAIC-GM,taking SAIC-GM as an example.
