Research On Operation Mode And Key Problems Of Waste Textile Reverse Logistics

With the improvement of people's living standards and the pursuit of consciousness,the use cycle of textile is gradually reduced,the demand for raw materials of textile products is increasing,and the amount and total amount of waste textiles also increased rapidly.Therefore,the implementation of reverse logistics activities of waste and scrap,recycling and reuse of waste textiles,for solving the current shortage of textile resources,relying on imports to achieve recycling of textile resources and sustainable development has been an important significance.This paper takes waste textile reverse logistics as the research object.Firstly,the definition,characteristics and key issues of the reverse logistics of the waste textile are given according to the characteristics of the waste textiles.Secondly,the operation mode of the waste textile reverse logistics is divided into three modes according to different subjects,which are self mode of production as the main body of the main body,the joint venture with the main body of recycling,and the TPL as the main body of the third party mode.And the characteristics and operation mechanism of the three modes of operation are analyzed,meanwhile,using the cost income model to calculate and compare the cost and profit,the selection strategies of the three operation modes are given.According to the different modes of the main bodies,the benefit assignment strategy of three kinds of operation modes is presented.And under the self mode,the production's profit under completely self mode is more than that under partial self mode;under the joint venture mode,the recycling alliance is more stable with the Shapley value of the contribution rate of waste textile;under the TPL mode,the income share of the textile producers is more and more,and the effectiveness of different allocation strategies is verified by a numerical example.Finally,the structure model of the reverse logistics network of waste textile is constructed,and a multi-objective network optimization model of waste textile reverse logistics with low cost and high recovery rate is established,and the problem is solved by the method of the main objective.The construction strategy of the reverse logistics network of waste textile under recycling rate is formulated,and the validity of the multi-objective network optimization model is verified by numerical examples.
