Study On The Strategy Of Independent ERP Project Implementation Of S Group

With the development of IT(Information Technology)technology,the operation and development of enterprises are more and more dependent on the application of IT technology and information technology.ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning)system is the very core of the system.But in the process of implementing the ERP system,a great number of projects have problems of delaying,going beyond budget,and lower user satisfaction.Group S experienced similar problems in the first and second phase of implementing the system after a overall plan of ERP system.This research will focus on how to solve the problem of time limit,quality,user satisfaction,and costs in the third and fourth phase of the project.First of all,the researcher systematically elaborates the current research,both domestic and foreign,and summarizes the application of the implementation of the ERP system from the following aspects: success of the ERP project,the model of ERP project implementing process,ERP structure,and knowledge transferring in ERP projects.Secondly,the researcher analyzes,evaluates,and estimates the results of the ERP implementation of Group S in the first two phases,thus figures out the problems.Then,according to research results and project experiences,with unified cognition of ERP project implementation,and brainstorming,the researcher proposes that Party A dominate the implementation and design of the ERP project.Finally,the researcher analyzes and demonstrates the results after applying the research results into the third phase of the project of Group S,and argues that the strategy of enterprise dominating the implementation of ERP will help enterprises better manage projects,lower costs,and enhance user satisfaction.In this paper,the implementation of ERP system based on independent enterprises,change cooperation mode adjustment with Party B,to re do the organization design,implementation process model methodology in the original party,with a view to the project cycle,extension,focus on the influence of system on-line application of WBS decomposition and the importance of optimization after the on-line system maintenance process.It can be used as a reference for similar ERP projects.
