Along with the development of society, the corporation grows strong increasingly and becomes the main organization form of the modern economy. The corporation brings the huge development to the social economy, but brings a series of social problems at the same time, such as ignoring the stuffs rights, befouling environment, putting aside creditor's interests, damaging consumer's rights and interests, being indifferent to the social concerns and etc. These all hinder the advancement of the society and humanity. Then we start to pay close attention to the corporate social responsibility (CSR) and get application in practice. For surveying the corporate social responsibility better, building an evaluation system of the corporate social performance that suits Chinese situation is a necessary task.As is known, the enterprise is the part of the society. Firstly, it must improve its quality referring to the ability of doing corporate social responsibility. Secondly, solving the social relationship is a part of its performance because it survives in the society and is interacted by the society. The paper evaluates the corporate performance through the situation of doing corporate social responsibility and the ability of solving the social relationships. Based on these, this paper build a multi-level evaluation system for Chinese enterprises, which contains a 2 first-level indexes,11 second-level indexes and 11 third-level indexes.On the choice of performance evaluation methods, this paper does a research of several major comparative analysis of existing methods of evaluation, integrates the advantage of AHP and fuzzy theory, then constructs a comprehensive multi-level assessment model and makes an introduction of the performance evaluation steps. In order to test the validity and feasibility of the methods, this paper uses HEDY corporate to demonstrate and integrate performance evaluation system and method. This paper offers a new thought for evaluation by using different ways like the AHP and fuzzy theory.Through the analysis, we know the level of the HEDY's corporate social performance. Then, points out their insufficient. Through the analysis, find out the reason and give some reasonable suggestions to improve their corporate social performance. In the last chapter, summary the whole work and discuss the future of the paper.
