Researchon China Agricultural Trade Policy From The Perspective Of Political Economy

In recent years,The political economic analysis of the formation of trade policy is a new research method in the field of international trade.Its main theoretical basis is public choice theory.The theory of public choice divides the different economic subjects in the trade into different interest groups.It focuses on the analysis of the motives and behaviors of the subjects,and makes up for the shortcomings of economic analysis or political analysis,so that the trade policy is formed between the theory and the actual The contact more closely.This paper studies the formation process of China's agricultural trade policy from the domestic and international perspectives from the perspective of political economy,focusing on the mechanism of the different stakeholders in the formation of policies at home and abroad.The analysis shows that the central government,The development of the process played a pivotal role,and at the grassroots level of the peasants by the cultural,institutional and other conditions,can not be fully expressed,these drawbacks caused by China's agricultural policy in a certain range of “devaluation” and failure.This thesis consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction;the second chapter introduces the theory basis of agricultural trade policy;the third chapter is a summary of China agricultural trade policy historical evolution and development status;the fourth chapter is the political and economic analysis on the development and influence of the major interest groups Chinese agricultural trade policy;the fifth chapter puts forward the optimal adjustment scheme China agricultural products trade policy.
