Performance management is a new type of enterprise management method,which is the means and process used by managers to ensure that employees' work activities and outputs are consistent with the objectives of the organization.Balanced Scorecard is a new idea in performance management.Since the 20 th century,the western countries in the enterprise performance management gradually formed a more mature theory and methods,and showing a scientific and standardized trend.However,some achievements have been made in many aspects.However,due to the fact that China's enterprise performance management is in its infancy,performance management theory is not yet mature and there are still many problems.Therefore,this paper draws lessons from the theory and practice of western performance management to guide the development of enterprise performance management mode.This paper introduces the current situation and development direction of domestic and foreign enterprise performance management.It is found that there are still many problems in the performance management system of enterprises in China,such as lack of understanding of performance management,imperfect performance management system,lack of satisfaction with performance management results Wait.It is based on Jizhong Energy Group(short for Jizhong Energy),for example,using the case study method,analyzing the status quo of its performance management system and finding out the problem of performance management.Based on the theory of Balanced Scorecard,this paper constructs the performance management system of Jizhong Energy on the Balanced Scorecard,and establishes the key performance index system from the aspects of finance,customer and market,internal operation,learning and growth,and social responsibility.Balance the advantages of scorecard to solve the original Jizhong Energy performance management system problems,to help Jizhong Energy more efficient to complete the strategic objectives.
