Iron&Steel industry is the basic industry of our national economy,at the same time,it is also the most serious excess capacity,one of the most affected industries.Especially since 2015,the entire Iron&Steel industry's situation is grim,intense competition between Iron&Steel enterprises.In order to further speed up the transformation and upgrading of Iron&Steel enterprises,built environment-friendly,resource-saving,innovative product technology is the competitive steel prices,it is necessary to do a good job of knowledge workers in the enterprise incentive.This paper introduces the relevant theory of motivation of knowledge workers firstly,and combining the particularity of Iron&Steel industry,taking S Iron&Steel enterprise as an example,introduced the S Iron&Steel Research Institute of the establishment background,basic situation and the existing structure of knowledge workers.Secondly,on the basis of the comprehensive understanding,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the current incentive mechanism of knowledge workers in S Iron&Steel Research Institute.Finally,the incentive theory and guiding thought in the knowledge staff has been formed under the guidance of the incentive mechanism design principles S Iron&Steel Research Institute of knowledge workers,to construct and design of incentive mechanism.Based on the background and the current situation of Jiangsu S Iron&Steel Research Institute,this paper analyzes the problem of incentive mechanism and finds that in comparison with its leading research institute,the salary income is low;And income is less competitive and staff loss is more serious;And the current salary structure in the high proportion of fixed income,relatively low proportion of floating salary is not good to promote work enthusiasm;in addition,due to the current incentive mechanism,fixed promotion ratio,lead to a high degree of dependence on the steady promotion of fixed salary high and create weak enthusiasm.To solve the above problems and effective incentive,based on the development strategy of S iron&steel,in order to "reduce fixed income ratio" principle,on the one hand,optimize the existing salary system.on the other hand,improve employee compensation benefits.In order to further optimize the knowledge of the staff team,inspire staff enthusiasm for research and development.
