Agriculture accounts for a large proportion of the national economy in China.It is the basic industry and the foundation of the national economy.In the initial stage of reform and opening up,China's support for agricultural policies has been remarkable.But in recent years,the implementation of agricultural policies has become weaker and weaker,and the adjustment of agricultural policies has no obvious effect on the agricultural economy.Through the review,questionnaire survey and key informant interviews,this paper makes a thorough investigation of the current agricultural extension service system in the Liang Xi town.On this basis,based on the agricultural technology diffusion theory to the analysis of farmer behavior theory analysis of household level based on the problems of existing problems,the town government,the system of agricultural science and technology system is defective promotion of agricultural science and technology personnel,lack of fault to breed excellent leading enterprises,agricultural technology promotion the universal of agricultural science,pay attention to physical and chemical products,agricultural science and technology extension service mode of single agricultural science and technology extension service and the actual gap,small scale farmers,agricultural income is not accounted for seven reasons.The reasons for the ascension of agricultural science in Liang Xi town of existing problems,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems of agricultural science and technology promotion,through the promotion of agricultural science and technology organization development,realize the innovation of agricultural extension mechanism;build a professional,high quality,more adapt to the demand of rural agricultural extension team building and supervision;"enterprise+ technology + farmers" cooperative business environment;and strengthen the agricultural cultivation management and practical agricultural techniques such as sowing in four aspects of strengthening agriculture science and technology supplytown government.Suggestions for further investigation and optimization services,meet the needs of the actual technology of different farmers;strengthen Liang Xi Zhen public promotion service,multi-channel dissemination of agricultural and agricultural information;promote land circulation,expand the scale of operation in three aspects such as improving farmers' demand for agricultural science and technology.
