As a strategic emerging industry,new energy vehicles can effectively alleviate the problems of traditional energy shortage and environmental pollution.At the same time,new energy vehicles can speed up the transformation and upgrading of China's auto industry,foster new economy growth points and international competitive advantages.In recent years,the rapid development of new energy automotive industry has promoted the development of a large number of car manufacturers.As a start-up of new energy vehicles,W Automotive is determined to become a value driven user enterprise.To realize this strategic goal,we need a scientific and sound enterprise culture system as a guarantee.However,at present,the W automobile company's corporate culture presents many problems,affecting the company's strategy implementation.Therefore,under the dual drive of external competition environment and internal development demand,it is necessary to analyze the current corporate culture status of W automobile company.In the meanwhile,a set of suitable enterprise culture system must be constructed for W automobile company,combining with the modern enterprise culture management theory.Firstly,the study analyzes the external environment of W automotive industry by using the PEST and five forces model.And then analyzing of the present situation of corporate culture of W automobile company based on the three dimensions of CIS theory,which is mind identity,behavior identity and visual identity.Through literature review and internal depth interviews,the paper finds out some problems existing in the construction of enterprise culture in the start-up stage of W automobile company,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Finally,according to the three dimensions of CIS theory,the writer optimized the corporate culture system of W automobile company,and put forward the corresponding implementation plan and safeguard measures.This study also has some limitations,and future scholars can continue in-depth analysis in this field.
