Research On Optimization Of Organizational Structure Of A Company

With the rapid development of our society,the organizational structure of enterprises has a great influence on the management and control of enterprises.The enterprises organization not only interacts with external environment,but also is influenced by the economy,society,technology,staff,natural environment and other factors.Its survival and development depends not only on the internal balance and external adaptation,but also on the continuous optimization and adjustment.W company is a professional manufacturer,which primarily designs and manufactures electrical station blades and aviation forgings,and mainly serves the global energy and aviation equipment market.As the company develops the aviation industry strategy as an important goal of transformation and development,the original organizational structure exposes many problems,such as the overlapping functions,the confusion of responsibility,the poor system of key processes,the low efficiency and the defects of the performance index system.Therefore,it is urgent to study how to optimize the structure of the organization in order to provide a strong driving force for the future development of W company,technical capabilities and management level.Based on the fact,this study takes W company as an example,using the theory of organizational structure design,strategic management theory to optimize the organizational structure.Specifically,according to the existing problems of the organizational structure of W company,it proposes general ideas and solutions of the company based on the strategy map to optimize the key function,performance indicators and position system,starting from the strategic target of the company and basing on the core business process.This thesis also presents the implementation scheme of the optimal design of the organization structure of the W company,and provides the basic ideas and operational implementation plan for the organization structure of W company and others.This thesis is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1: Introduction.This chapter introduces the background and significance,research methods,contents and technical routes of the selected topic,and it reviews the existing researches on the relevant organizational structure at home and abroad.Chapter 2: Introduction to related theories.This chapter describes the organizational structure concept and the type,the factors affecting organizational structure design,the process of organizational structure optimization and other theories related to organizational structure.Furthermore,it describes three competitive strategies in strategic management theory.Chapter 3: Status and problem analysis of the W company’s organization structure.This chapter summarizes W company’s basic situation,strategic positioning,and the using consulting research methods,it also describes W company’s current situation of the research and analysis,and points out the existing problems and deficiencies.Chapter 4: Optimization design of W company’s organization structure.This chapter puts forward the general idea and scheme of the organizational structure optimization design based on strategic map,the principle of organizational structure optimization and the factors that should be considered.The contents include the optimization design of the organization structure of the company,the optimization of the business process,and the division of key functions.Chapter 5: Scheme implementation of W company’s organization structure optimization.This chapter shows the implementation steps,effect evaluation,safeguard measures and suggestions of the company’s organization structure optimization.Chapter 6: Conclusion and prospect.This chapter makes a summary and outlook of the full text,gives the main conclusions of this thesis,and points out the problems that should be further studied in the W company’s organizational structure optimization.The main innovation of this thesis includes : putting forward the general framework and scheme of optimization design of organizational structure based on the core business process and the strategy map,optimizing the organization structure,key functions,performance indicators,job system and business process of the company,and illustrating the implementation steps and safeguards.
