Summary:At present,the competition among talented people is aggravating.Rural credit cooperatives,as an important force in financial institutions,still have a certain disparity in the attractiveness of their talents compared with large state-owned banks,joint-stock commercial banks and city commercial banks.Therefore,we must further improve our attractiveness to our personnel by continuously improving our management mechanism.As an important factor affecting the competitiveness of enterprises,remuneration management plays a very important role in attracting and retaining talents.Therefore,the study of salary management,combined with the actual situation,put forward some ideas on pay management,has very important theoretical and practical significance.In the research process,this article mainly probes into the salary management of rural credit cooperatives in Henan Province from a macro perspective.The paper expounds the main concepts of the salary theory,introduces the main points and contents of the modern salary theory,discusses the present situation and the main problems of the rural credit cooperatives management in Henan Province from a macroscopic perspective,analyzes the influence of the commercial banks in the developed countries in Europe and the United States The main mode of salary management,and draws lessons from it,puts forward the basic idea of rural credit cooperatives for remuneration management,and gives specific measures to improve the remuneration management system of rural credit cooperatives in Henan Province put forward specific and specific measures.The main purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for Henan Rural Credit Cooperatives how to sort out their ideas and find a more concise and effective way in the complicated compensation management system.In addition,the research contents of this dissertation can also be related Units in the pay management practices and theoretical research,provide some useful inspiration and reference.
