| Because of resource endowment,economic development level,industrial structure and other factors,the energy efficiency is different in various regions of China.In order to cope with the contradiction of energy supply and the increasingly severe environmental problems,it is an important way to reduce the regional differences to improve energy efficiency.If the region with low energy efficiency can catch up with high energy efficiency,China's overall energy efficiency will be greatly improved.In this paper,the energy efficiency of 30 provinces in China is calculated by DEA method.It is found that energy efficiency in China showed a downward trend during 2001-2014 years.And so is the west,east and center of China.It is found that the technical efficiency is the main reason for the decline of energy efficiency by using the Malmquist index to decompose the energy efficiency.It is found that there is a gap between the East West and Middle on energy efficiency.The energy efficiency in eastern area is the highest and in western area is the lowest.Low energy efficiency area is concentrated in the western region.Energy efficiency distribution has significant spatial clustering characteristics.Through the use of I 'Moran index,Moran scatter plot and LISA clustering chart,it is proved that the energy efficiency has a significant spatial correlation.Finally constructing spatial econometric model to find the influence factors of energy efficiency for further study.The results of spatial error model with fixed effects show that the energy efficiency is positively correlated with the level of economic development,the price index and is negatively correlated with the industrial structure,energy consumption structure,the proportion of government revenue accounted for GDP,market level.Technical level and ownership structure is not significant.Therefore,we should strengthen technology innovation and inter provincial cooperation;focus on regional coordinated development;adjust the industrial structure actively and change the mode of economic development;transfer government functions and reduce government intervention in market;make full use of the energy spatial spillover effects. |
