Energy is the foundation of the production activities of human and social development.As the growth of the global economy and the increase of population,Energy demand is becoming bigger by economy development of all countries.The shortage of energy and resources has become a global problem.At the same time,Environment pollution caused by the development of industrial consumes lots of energy,is also a big problem in current period.Therefore,enterprises aim to achieve sustainable development,it is necessary to take measures for energy saving management for improving the market competitiveness.The research case shows that importing and establishing the energy management system is a practical method for an enterprise to implement energy saving management.The operation of energy management system can achieve energy saving management.This article firstly combed the related concepts and theories of energy management.After investigating and analyzing the energy management problem of F company,then,find out the root cause of the problem.Secondly,to set up the energy management team in the company to carry out ISO50001 energy management system.According to the requirements of the energy management system,the company's energy management policy and energy objectives and targets were set up.According to the characteristics of F company to make up relevant energy management files.Identify and assess the company's main energy use and energy saving bigger potential opportunities,according to this main energy use and energy saving potential opportunity to set up and implement the corresponding energy saving program,including energy saving technical reconstruction plan and energy saving management method.Finally,by establish a set of strict supervision and inspection mechanisms to ensure that each department staff can implement the energy management in accordance with the regulations.The basic purpose is to make all employees to form energy saving consciousness and habits through the implementation of the management system.After more than one year of hard work,F company finally passed ISO50001 energy management system certification,successfully realize the energy saving management goal.
