Management System for Energy(MSE)integrated energy balance, energy audits, energy metering management, energy facilities management, and series of other traditional energy management system for enterprise. Based on the energy system analysis of industrial enterprises, this article take the example of J thermal power plant, focuses on the construction and operation of the MSE, analyzes the energy factors within the plant, evaluates the effect of the system. Provide a reference for the establishment and effective operation of MSE for other companies.On the basis of the theory about energy management, this paper analyzes the energy management in J thermal power plant from four aspects, including institutional management, accounting management, energy consumption assessment and energy saving planning, and the results shows that the energy management should be improve with index evaluation system, establishing incentives, process control and information system application. Combined with advanced experience home and abroad, this paper comply with the basis of the PDCA mode of operation, in accordance with the "decision-making and preparation-definition of scope-the initial energy audit system planning-energy management system documentation-body-heart operation management review" step up and running for the J thermal power plant energy management system. Finally, implementation and evaluation of the J thermal power plant energy management system. Combine with the technical and economic indexes of J thermal power plant, on the basis of assessment and evaluation, to determine the thermal power plant goals in energy consumption for power generation coal consumption is 320 g/KWh, control three main indicators:heating of standard coal less than 21kg/GJ, send electrical consumption rate less than 1.2M3/KWh, heating gas consumption rate less than 122M3/GJ. To achieve the above goals, from J thermal power plant, the implementation method, fully consider the budget of the investment and the expected income, put forward in the short term can be solved immediately without low cost solution 19,9 alternatives, focus on optimization of boiler equipment, achieved good economic and environmental benefits. Which has economic feasibility scheme with a total investment of 40000 yuan, increase the economic benefit of 1.966 million yuan, reduce wastewater emissions of 38740m3,12173m3 in emissions, reduce waste emissions of 1.5 tons; boiler equipment after transforming, the goal to save 3600 tons of standard coal consumption quantity in power plant, reduce the rate of 3%; auxiliary power rate drops, save electricity 1404000 KWH each year; the flue gas containing SO2 density was reduced by 5%. Therefore, the construction and operation of energy management system can not only bring huge economic benefits for the enterprise, also can improve the level of environmental protection of enterprises.The research work of J thermal power plant energy management system provides the reference for the management of energy in the future, also has certain reference value to other related enterprises.
