At present,global revolution of the information and telecommunication technology is raging like a storm.In the period of "13th Five-Year",China's internal demand of quickening the transformation of economic development mode and the global trend coincide historically.It provides a great opportunity for the development of telecommunication industry and also puts forward higher requirements for the implementation of innovation and development strategy in the telecommunication industry.In the current environment,the requirements of realizing the integration of business and finance have attracted great attention in the telecommunication enterprises.The realization of integration of business and finance will make the exchange of information between the financial and business departments unimpeded.It will significantly enhance the financial management capabilities of enterprises,and also significantly enhance the effectiveness of business activities.As a goal of financial transformation,the integration of business and finance can provide strong support for the innovation and development of enterprises.Based on the ERP theory,signal transmission theory,the enterprise value maximization theory and borderless management concept,the author reviews the existing research on the definition,necessity and measures of the integration of business and finance and makes the corresponding literature review.This paper adopts the method of case study to analyze the promotion of the integration of business and finance in Suzhou A Company.Based on a large number of empirical and normative researches,this paper firstly reviews the theories and research achievements of the integration of business and finance.Then it analyzes the current situation of China's telecommunication industry and briefly introduces the general situation of Suzhou A Company and the reasons for choosing it as the case company.With the help of ERP system,Suzhou A Company has greatly promoted the communication of business and financial information.The company has initially built a framework for the integration of business and finance.However,the company still has some problems due to the integration of business and finance is not fully arising.Based on the analysis of the problems in the process of promoting the integration of business and finance in Suzhou A Company,the author puts forward the perfect scheme for the realization of the integration of business and finance in Suzhou A company.The author hopes that this paper can provide telecommunication industry and other industries with reference to realize the integration of business and finance.
