Research On The Choice Of Financing Mode Of Express Delivery Enterprises

With the continuous improvement of people's consumption level and changes in consumption patterns,especially the rapid development of online shopping after the rise of e-commerce,the express delivery industry has developed rapidly in our country in recent years.In an increasingly competitive market environment,express delivery companies urgently demand that financing should be adopted to enhance their competitiveness so as to occupy a dominant position in the industry differentiation.Therefore,the financing issue has become the key to the successful development of various express delivery companies.Combined with the characteristics of the development of express delivery enterprises and the characteristics of express financing needs,this paper analyzes the financing problems of express delivery enterprises in China.The results show that due to the pressure of competition caused by the rapid increase in capital demand for express delivery enterprises and their concentration in time,coupled with the constraints of external financing environment,the development of China's express delivery enterprises are generally faced with financing difficulties.In this paper,through the comparative analysis of the status quo of China's express delivery enterprises' financing mode and the choice of financing modes,it is found that the express delivery enterprises in our country have more narrow financing channels and more single forms of financing.Relatively speaking,private equity financing + internal financing + bank credit + listing financing is a better financing model.This article also takes Z company as a case to further analyze the financing mode choice question.At the end of this article,according to the existing problems and the reasons,this paper puts forward the basic principles that should be followed in the selection of financing mode for express delivery enterprises in our country.And then proposed five ways to broaden the express delivery enterprise financing policy recommendations:to improve the quality of express delivery enterprises to enhance the potential financing capacity;to increase innovation in express delivery enterprises and constantly improve their innovation capabilities;to strengthen cooperation between banks and enterprises;to strengthen the construction of capital market and promote the development of venture capital market;to strengthen the innovation of financing model.The research of this paper has some practical value for expanding financing channels of express enterprises in our country,improving and optimizing the financing mode of express enterprises.Because objectively,the financial data of medium and small courier companies can not be obtained,this paper lacks an empirical analysis of the financing difficulties and their influencing factors,and reflects the shortcomings of this article.
