Since the reforms and opening-ups, the small-medium sized enterprises in our country developed quickly and have become an important component of the market economy and an increasing point of national economy. They play an important role in creating treasury, increasing tax income, prospering local economy and facilitating people's life. They also contribute to taking in social unemployed workforce and laid-off workers from the state-owned enterprises and stabilizing social economical development.Compared to their contribution to economy development and increase of job opportunities, the support they get from government and society, especially the financing support, is limited. While the external environment, and on the other because of their own factors. This also shows that the financing model of the small-medium sized enterprises has not perfect enough. Hence, the research aim of this article is to explore the financing of small-medium sized enterprises, build and perfect effective financing mode system.First, the current situation of the financing difficulty of small-medium sized enterprises is objectively introduced; Second, advanced experience in setting up small-medium sized enterprises and financing mode in foreign countries is systematically introduced; Finally, emphasis is laid on the concrete measures of setting up and perfecting effective financing mode.For China is still a developing country in the early stage of market-oriented reforms. Per capita income is still very low, the stock market is not very developed, and the economic Securities level is not high .China's government is promoting a gradual economic reform. In light of this reality, China could be taken to the financing structure of indirect financing and direct financing secondary in the near term.The government should maximize its positive effect; the relative financing modes should be further perfected; the direct financing modes should be explored and developed; the secured financing modes should be broadened. What's more, this article also gives some advice about how to choose effective financing mode according to the enterprise's specific situation.
