Financing Problems Of Smes In China Empirical Analysis And Strategic Research

As the principle role of creation and innovation, the middle-and -small sized companies play an important role in the nation wide economy. However, restrained by their nature-born disadvantages, especially their relative small scale, these companies have various difficulties in attaining certain resource in their developing procedure. And financing problem is the most critical factor handicapping their healthy growth. As a result, analyzing and exploring how to fix the barricade up and create a more suitable economic environment to provide these companies more financing support becomes energetic and endurable. I will exhibit and compare the infrastructure and feature of both domestic and overseas companies. As my thesis goes on, I will discuss about financing difficulties, debt financing function and main influential factors will be presented. In the last part of this thesis, by comparing financing condition of this kind of company in China and the developed counties, I will try to show certain resorts to improve the financing condition of our middle- and-small sized companies.
