A Research On Wenzhou Urban Public Transportation Operations Management

For the urban production and the public life,urban public transportation is the foundation of the city's social and economic development.Urban public transportation operations management has great significant meaning of maintaining urban operation,meeting the people's growing demands for outgoing and promoting all-round social and economic development.After years of development,urban public transportation in Wenzhou has shown a good momentum.While,with the continuous development of our city economy and society,the situation of traffic management is becoming more and more complicated.As informatization increases,the city has entered into an era of high speed,widely used and density aggregation vehicle growth.Due to Wenzhou urban public transportation operations management,there are many drawbacks,resulting in frequent traffic jams,travel inconvenience and other serious problems,which has brought great pressure on city development and the public life.Therefore,it is important to improve Wenzhou urban public transportation operations management.Based on the research of the related literature home and abroad and Wenzhou urban public traffic management research,from public transportation coordinated planning and management,dispatching management,service quality management,facilities management and operation safety management five aspects,the research has a comprehensive analysis of the status of Wenzhou urban public traffic management,finding out lack of synchronization between public transportation and city construction,lack of coordination between scheduling system and technical limitations,improvement of the transportation efficiency and service quality,lack of safety consciousness and supervision such main problems reason existing in the operation management.With theoretical analysis,learning from urban public traffic operation and management experience of domestic and foreign advanced countries,this research puts forward scientific and rational countermeasures:with a comprehensive view,coordinating public transportation development and urban planning,with the information system improvement,establishing scientific,with service awareness enhancing,developing of efficient and intelligent public transportation system,development integrated passenger service systems,with transportation system improvement,prior guaranteeing of all types of station construction,with safety education establishing multichannel regulatory system,so as to provide decision-making reference and theoretical support for the government to better manage city public transportation operations.
