Ecological And Rural Tourism Development Project In Ganwan Of Guangxi

Under the background of the Targeted Poverty Alleviation Policy,pro-poor tourism development mode is not only an important branch of the development of tourism industry in china.Besides common characters like other kinds of tourism,pro-poor tourism has characteristics of distinctive features,significant effect,high participation,good economic returns.With its effects on Promotion of anti-poverty,the construction of new countryside and beautiful countryside,pro-poor tourism has quickly become China's key recommendation and implementation of a special industry for poverty alleviation.Under the stimulation of a series of preferential policies,such as state preferential policies,market demands,market management and management methods,etc.,the ecological tourism areas are springing up all over China.Although there is a national policy of benefiting people and benefiting farmers as a strong foundation to promote the development of tourism poverty alleviation;Agricultural leisure and rural tourism,to a certain extent,become the effective carrier of diverting tourism population and alleviating the heavy load of key scenic spots;New rural construction,clean rural construction and tourism poverty alleviation become an effective way to promote the development of urbanization;Rich tourism formats and diversified tourism income patterns are also one of the effective ways to promote regional economic development;Tourism poverty alleviation effectively guides poor people to actively participate in the development of tourism industry,out of poverty,good synchronous well-off,many uncertainrisk factors such as high investment,long period,slow returns cannot be resolved.Therefore,tourism development project participants,investors,beneficiaries should actively take effective measures to identify and control project risk,reducing the risk of investment to achieve the expected goals,promote tourism poverty alleviation projects become the country of people's livelihood project.As a participant in the work of targeted poverty alleviation,and the first Secretary of the Party organization in the poor village,I experiencedeach stage of eco-tourism development in Guangxi County.Based on the background and construction projects of eco-tourism development project inGanwan Village,this thesis uses methods of brainstorming and SWOT analysis and fishbone diagram analysis to identifyand analyze the risk factors likely emerging in the project.Then,5 secondary risk factors and 21 three-level risk factors are sorted out and analyzed one by one,being evaluatedwith expert scoring method,5 serious risk factors that affect the project risk are confirmed,and corresponding risk management measures are put forward.This thesis tries to accurately identify and evaluateexisting risks of ecological and rural tourism development project inGanwan,set up the project risk evaluation index system,Combined with the successful experience and failure cases in practical work of targeted poverty alleviation,with the assessment of the existence of different risk levels,further establish a risk warning system,risk prevention system,and put forward countermeasures to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,andfinally provide valuable reference for risk management and prevention and control of similar projects.
