Bank outlets are the main channels for banks to obtain customers and provide services.Throughout the streets of the network,you can contact a wide range of customers,understand the needs of customers,to provide customers with services.In the period of rapid development of banks,the number of bank outlets represents the size of the banking strength.However,this seems to gradually lose the advantage of banks,with the growing popularity of the Internet,the customer financial trading habits are accelerated migration to the Internet financial model,more and more businesses online from the physical network.The trend of customer financial behavior is becoming more and more obvious,and the traditional network function is gradually weakening.Therefore,the traditional banks have to achieve network transformation,in order to cope with this change.Under the background of this research,this paper studies the path and strategy of traditional banking network transformation.In this paper,the Agricultural Bank of China Anqing branch of the network as the research object,the use of literature collation and induction methods to study the bank's network transformation.This paper first introduces the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and methods,which plays a programmatic role in the full text,and then introduces the research category and related research theory.Including the bank network overview,network transformation theory and so on,for the full text to provide a theoretical basis;then,the Agricultural Bank of China Anqing branch network management situation analysis.On the network construction,network traffic,network services,network operators are introduced,to find out the current network management problems,the main problem is the unreasonable network layout,the old outlets lack of competitiveness,the function of the network is lack of features and complexity of business process,network marketing ability,network performance management mechanism is not comprehensive.And SWOT analysis;study of the "community bank" model,"flagship store" model and the traditional outlets recycling network transformation experience,provide a reference for the transformation;then puts forward the transformation scheme and measures,introduces the idea and goal of the transformation of the transformation,and introduces the network transformation content: one is the location,the network is divided into the flagship store,full function network,basic network characteristics of three outlets;two is to realize the function ofthe network distinction,divided into common areas and the VIP area.On this basis,continue to refine into product display area,customer experience,customer Rest Area district;three is the channel and post configuration,equipped with counter channels and self-service channels and two channels,according to the flagship store,full function,basic network personnel post setting reference standard for personnel;four is the marketing service mode strengthen the marketing behavior management,highlighting the job between cooperation and the implementation of precision marketing,customer development to go online and offline activities,strengthen the linkage;five is the network performance management,the need to strengthen the network performance management,set up the corresponding performance evaluation system of staff.Finally,the full text is summarized,and the research prospect is given.
