Strong foreign banks enter the domestic market, its financial strength, management experience and operational advantage is gradually highlighting the concept, the other, joint-stock commercial lines are also flourishing, the rapid development of regional commercial banks because of its greater control of their local resources, in certain areas have greater right to speak. The development of the banking industry is facing innovation, reform, critical period of development.Bank is the bank’s primary outlets bridgehead, the main front, is the bank doing business in the terminal throughout the country, but also the forefront of reform and development. Agricultural Bank is widely distributed network, is a big advantage in its development, but accumulated long-term development issues that hinder the development of the Agricultural Bank. Hohhot Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, Peng F, constraints facing the business philosophy, business process constraints, the quality of personnel constraints, technology constraints, multiple development challenges facing the new era of China’s financial industry, international, integrated development trends, customers’ growing and increasingly complex financial needs, in my line of business requirements of strategic transformation, our grassroots network construction is still a big gap, which should further accelerate the transformation of network construction.
