Research On HFC's R&D Strategy

The implementation of science and technology must be accomplished through the carrier of the enterprise,the advanced materials is the key of the development of science and technology.Shielding materials manufacturing capability not only represents the advanced science and technology and productivity,but also embodies the comprehensive strength of a country,in the development of national economy occupies a very important position.HFC shielding materials company is a professional production of high-tech enterprises,the reasonable development strategy formulation and implementation is the foundation of advanced materials manufacturing enterprises,it will ensure that HFC company has a strong innovation ability,high growth and development of characteristic,and give full play to the enterprise of science and technology advantage.Based on HFC company development strategy as the research object,based on the analysis on HFC strategic environment for the development of the company,put forward the development strategy of the enterprise and concrete implementation measures,not only solved the problem of the HFC company development strategy,and also for advanced materials manufacture enterprise development strategy formulation and implementation in order to provide the beneficial reference and guidance.In this paper,the main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)the essential theoretical foundation of the enterprise development strategy is the enterprise strategic management and enterprise development strategy.Strategic management from the Angle of macro management of enterprise,its goal is to improve the profits of enterprises and economic benefits.And development strategy is to\"development\" and the strategy of three characteristics(planning,target and means)organic combination of new concept.(2)based on HFC company external environment analysis,found the HFC coexist in the external environment opportunities and threats faced by companies,and digital display opportunity than a threat.HFC company should make full use of opportunities,eliminate the threat of the external environment of enterprise,to seek faster and better development.(3)based on HFC company internal environment analysis,found the HFC company should rely on the advantage of the enterprise,at the external opportunity,in reducing disadvantage,eliminate the threat under the premise of making enterprise development strategic target.(4)the HFC company research and development goal is to build a complete system of shielding material,make full use of advanced shielding materials preparation technology and craft,shielding materials,sustainable development concept of its r&d strategy including r&d curve,policy,strategy and product development strategy,innovation strategy.
