A Study On Ecological Evaluation Of The Sustainable Development Of Building Materials Industry

At present,China is in a crucial period of transformation and development,of which the pressure of the resources& environment is more and more obvious.The call has gets more and more high for the transformation of the development mode and achievement of the harmonious sustainable development.City building materials industry is one of the basic industries of the national economy,especially plays an important role in promoting the process of industrialization and urbanization.The traditional growth method of the building materials industry which consumed the resources and polluted the environment is difficult to continue,there is an urgent need to find new ways of development,which solves the problem of building materials industry development,realizes the sustainable development of urban building materials industry.Based on the theory of sustainable development,energy saving and emission reduction,recycling economy theory and ecological systems theory as the theoretical basis,analyzing the relationship between urban development and building materials industry life cycle,and the status & existing problems,this paper has explanatorily put forward the CHB model of the national building materials industry.At the same time,the author indicated that urban building materials industry should be the “three center”?”three body”?”one base”?”one platform”,clear the path and the direction of the development of the city building materials industry.The three centers are the green building materials products & technology research center,urban solid waste utilization center,environmental protection energy center,conservation and emissions reduction center;Three bodies are the urban development body,urban culture containers,urban landscape composition;A base is the building materials industry ecology base;A platform is building materials product trading platform.Using the combination of the forming analysis and qualitative methods,the paper has constructed the comprehensive fuzzy ecological evaluation model of the development of urban building materials industry,in which proposes a hierarchical structure and index system.Taking the national and Tianjin municipal building materials industry as the research object,the paper applies the comprehensive fuzzy ecological evaluation model to make the ecological evaluation form the year 2008 to 2011.The research of this paper enriches the urban building materials industry sustainable development ecological evaluation methods,which has the certain theoretical significance.At the same time,through the empirical research,the ecological evaluation model is verified,which provides a new way for the guidance of building materials enterprises to change the mode of development and has the very strong practical significance.
