DJ Company Performance Appraisal Program Optimization Design Research

Nowadays,competitions between companies are indeed to compete by talents.This situation evokes state-owned companies realize the importance of human resource.Human resource management becomes more and more important in business administration.An objective,fair human resource performance assessment benefits on improving employee loyalty and motivation,and company healthy development.Company DJ is a professional electrical power construction supervision company.This thesis set human resource performance assessment as research object,based on BSC theory,optimized human resource performance proposal.Firstly,based on study of performance management theory,human resource performance management theory,and their development history,find out theoretical foundation of human resource performance assessment proposal,which fits for company DJ business management.Based on construction method from BSC theory,elaborate its theory system.Secondly,human resource and its performance assessment was evaluated to analyze its problems.By use of BSC theory,problems were set to be solved with new design of human resources performance assessment program and its optimization.A program which is appropriate for company DJ was designed.Finally,safety measures were defined from analysis of system,organization,technology,etc,which to cover potential flaws of new program.Performance management level was increased greatly by optimized human resource performance assessment program,which took account of BSC theory,meantime,new system was designed starting from motivate employee potential ability.It enhanced company core competition power and provide talent guarantee for realization of company strategic target.
