The construction industry has been one of the basic industries of China's economy over the past few decades.Its future development will directly affect the healthy and stable development of our economy and directly determine our national living standard.In the following years,due to the growing demand for infrastructure and real estate in domestic market and the expansion in international construction market with the implementation of China's Belt and Road Initiative,the future of the construction industry is still quite promising.However,construction industry is still facing a lot of problems in long-term development,especially in the area of tax management.Value Added Tax(VAT)is a milestone of the Chinese economic reform.It is both an opportunity and a challenge for the construction industry.This thesis firstly introduces the basic theories of VAT,business tax and Repalcing Business Tax with VAT reform,which lays a important function for upcoming analysis.Secondly,starting from the actual development situation of the construction industry,this thesis analyzes the VAT reform's influences on construction industry.By taking the example of B Construction company,the thesis compares its taxation and tax management before and after the reform examines the influence this reform has on individual enterprises such as company B,and comes up with suggestions on ways and strategies of improving its tax management.Finally,this paper summarizes the study and put forward the deficiencies.This thesis takes the example of B Construction company to analyze the Replacing the Business tax with VAT's influences on its tax management and put forward the strategic methods,which has a certain theoretical significance and practical significance to the tax management of the whole construction industry.
