Research On Influences And Suggestions Of Vat Reform On Management Of The Construction Enterprise

Since the<pilot program of transferring the business tax into VAT> had been issued in November 2011, the VAT reform on construction industry, as an important part of the reform, have been paid great attention by many experts, scholars and related staff. Because of the complex business transactions and nonstandard enterprise conduct, the influences on construction enterprises should also be complex.This paper is divided into four sections to conduct the research. From the perspective of finance, taxation, and engineering management, the writer studies what VAT reform would impact on construction enterprises first, and then gives some suggestions.Section ?:Basic research on construction industry VAT reform. In this section, the writer first introduces the development of tax system and VAT reform, then explains the significance of construction industry VAT reform, and finally analyses the influences of VAT reform on construction industry.Section ?:Research on the influences of VAT reform on financial management and tax management of construction enterprises. In this section, From the perspective of finance and taxation, the writer analyses the influences of VAT reform on accounting treatment, accounting statement, tax level, bill management and taxpaying management of construction enterprises.Section ?:Research on the influences of VAT reform on engineering management of construction enterprises. In this section, From the perspective of engineering management, integrated with business transactions of project department, the writer analyses the influences of VAT reform on inter-company accounts, engineering bidding, cost management, contract management, purchasing management and subcontracting management of construction enterprises.Section ?:Suggestions. In this section, the writer gives some suggestions to construction enterprises.
