With the acceleration of economic development,the use of industrial land as a carrier for industrial development has reflected its vital role.Affected by the economic downturn,local governments have intensified investment attraction,resulting in the over-expansion of industrial land in most areas of China,and new issues such as the illegal use of land and the indiscriminate use of arable land.In addition,there is a mismatch between the current policy on the transfer of industrial land and the current economic development situation.In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of China's industrial land market and ensure the sustainable development of the city,it is necessary to find out a mode of transfer that suits the actual situation,and use scientific and reasonable industrial land transfer methods.This article introduces the basic concept of industrial land transfer.Taking Nangong as an example,it analyzes the current status of industrial land transfer in Nangong City,summarizes the problems in the transfer of industrial land in Nangong City,and proposes suitable conditions for Nangong City by learning from some advanced domestic and foreign experiences.Industrial land transfer measures.Based on the logic clues of "Current Research—Existing Problems—Experiences and References—Countermeasures Research",this paper uses literature research methods,field research methods,qualitative analysis,and quantitative analysis to analyze the scale of industrial land sales in 2017.Prices,terms and methods,and a study on the transfer of industrial land from 2013 to 2017 in Nangong City,analyzed the problems in the transfer of industrial land in Nangong City:the low unit price of industrial land,the lack of control over the transfer period,and the relatively simple transfer method Problems such as inadequate transfer strategies In addition,the article draws on domestic and foreign excellent experience,combined with the status quo and existing problems in the transfer of industrial land in Nangong City,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:promote the supply of diversified industrial land,develop flexible land for industrial land transfer,and rationally allocate industrial land.Total supply,increase of industrial land prices,exploration of industrial land withdrawal mechanisms,etc.
