The real estate industry in recent years can be said to flourish,which in the achievements of more and more real estate industry brand name at the same time,but also make part of the small and medium enterprises lost more and more market share.The real estate market in the polarization is more serious than before,and the industry situation that small and medium-sized real estate business faced is not optimistic.The future development trend of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved in academia.Cangzhou Daya construction company is a typical small and medium-sized enterprises,as the same with the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises,faced with the urgent need to change the development of ideas and to develop their own strategy development goals and direction in the current industry development situation.In this thesis,the Daya construction company in Cangzhou city,for example,in the detailed analysis of the industry background and the status quo of the company,through the relevant information,case analysis and other methods,in accordance with the "analysis of the status quo-to ask questions-proposed recommendations" research sequence.The first chapter expounds the background and the purpose of this thesis.The second chapter describes the industry background and development status of the small and medium-sized enterprises in Cangzhou city,include Daya construction company.The next chapter is the SWOT analysis of Daya company.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the company's strategic choice;Chapter V puts forward the safeguard measures that Daya company should implement in order to guarantee the implementation of the current strategy.Chapter VI is the conclusion.The thesis focuses on the Daya company as typical small and medium-sized enterprises.Through the use of strategic management theory and strategic tools to analyze the development of the company concluded: the company at the company level will implement a defensive strategy and in the business level will be centralized,joint development strategy,part of the business will take shrinking strategy.And to strengthen the human resources management,speed up the marketing team building to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy.
