Performance assessment is an important link in the management of human resources.The performance appraisal can not only evaluate and inspire employees' performance,but also serve for the realization of strategic goals and play a role of standardization and guidance.Therefore,it is very important for the production and long-term development to formulate a performance evaluation scheme,which is in line with the characteristics of the enterprise.When facing the increasingly fierce market competition,manufacturing enterprises should not only innovate technically,but also get a height in management,keeping pace with the times.Nowadays,in the process of development,the enterprises hope to improve business performance through high performance teams to increase market share and greater development.Therefore,improving the performance evaluation status and management of enterprises has become an important problem for enterprises to overcome.Through combing the theory of performance management,this paper investigates the problems existing in the performance appraisal of A company.Based on modern performance management theory,a performance appraisal plan based on Key Performance Indicator(KPI)is constructed.This plan is highly matched with the company's production and business objectives,so as to help A guide employees to fully mobilize their enthusiasm and improve production efficiency.At the same time,by implementing the performance appraisal,we can develop rapidly in the industry and achieve a better vision of landing strategy.This article is divided into six parts to discuss.The first part focuses on the background and significance of the writing,the status of research at home and abroad,the content and methods of the research,the focus and innovation of the paper.This is the starting point for this research,adhering to previous results are summarized and combining with the status of enterprises;the second part introduces the basic theory of performance appraisal,performance management system,including the concept of performance appraisal,performance management process,performance appraisal,and the commonly used tools.This is the scale of our research on the theory of performance assessment,in order to measure the accuracy and perfection of the performance appraisal system.At the same time,the currentperformance assessment of the enterprise is tested to see there is any omission or not,and the direction is pointed out the supplement and improvement.It is the key to improve the management level of the existing performance appraisal;The third part analyses the status of A company's performance management,and summarizes the existing problems and causes of the company's performance management.This part is a combination of business cases,which is the core of scientific performance appraisal;the fourth part focuses on the principle and necessity of the construction of KPI performance management system.The company's performance appraisal system includes determining the company's level of the key performance factors,the departmental key performance indicators,and the positions of key performance indicators;The fifth part is the application program demonstration based on the KPI assessment system in the production and manufacturing department of A company.Take manufacturing sector as an example,because manufacturing sector is the core sector of production and operation in industrial enterprises.Its management level reflects the modern management level of enterprises;The sixth part mainly introduces the implementation guarantee of the performance appraisal,and it is not the final link to design an implementation plan which is beneficial to the progress and perfection of the enterprise.In the future,the performance assessment system is the most powerful support for the project landing.In this paper,the theory and method of modern performance assessment are applied to explore the practicability of various theoretical methods.According to the comparison of the various methods,a scientific and perfect performance evaluation index is made.At the same time,we simplify the inefficient productivity indicators,and dig up the efficient production department.we also encourage innovation efforts.The advantages of efficient performance evaluation index system guide the employees to improve efficiency of productivity.On the basis of the analysis,a more practical KPI performance evaluation system has been built.In order to improve the competitiveness of the company and the influence of the industry,it also provides a reference for the other enterprises in the same industry.
