Under the background of China’s supply-side structural,various industrial policies and strict environmental protection policies have been introduced.As a resource-based chemical industry,titanium dioxide industry is facing with great challenges.Hong Feng Titanium Company wants to be in an impregnable position with the enhancement on enterprise strength to obtain competitive advantage,therefore,the scientific marketing method and the means for application in the concrete practice is especially important.In this paper,the author introduces the theoretical system of modern marketing in the research on the marketing strategy of titanium dioxide.Then,on the basis of the in-depth research on the current situation and problems of the titanium dioxide sales,the author conducts preliminary analysis on titanium dioxide market segments according to the basic use of the product and product sales areas,and analyzes target market of the enterprise and the specific positioning.In addition,on this basis,the relevant countermeasures are put forward for the development of enterprises,such as promotion strategy and product strategy.In terms of product strategy,the product hierarchy and product combination design of titanium dioxide in Hong Feng Titanium Company are planned.In the aspect of marketing channel planning,the author has designed the direct and indirect product channels for the titanium white powder products of Hong Feng Titanium Company.As for price setting,the author thinks that the Hong Feng Titanium Company could classify business partners,major customers,and retail prices,and also set price for the market of nervous period,stable market period,weak market period according to different market situation and specific corresponding implementation plan.And marketing strategy for enterprises,this paper argues that the Hong Feng Titanium Company should actively improve the related Marketing Department,strengthen the personnel promotion,clearly put forward the specific marketing strategy on the process,and established a good marketing in the enterprise mechanism.Finally,in order to ensure the all-round development of enterprise strategy,the article also puts forward the strengthening investment in products and technologies,set up modern marketing concept,put forward thebrand development of the enterprise strategy,and a lot of work to the cultivation of innovative talents.Hope of Hong Feng titanium industry chain,marketing the development of standardization and scientific management to provide useful advice,but also conform to the law of development of market economy in our country,can effectively promote the long-term development of the enterprise.
