X Company is an energy investment enterprise focusing on the development and utilization of clean energy such as wind energy and solar energy in Hebei Province.After experiencing the rapid growth period in its early days,more and more internal problems appeared.Through the observation and analysis of daily human resources management,managers found that the general occupational existence of employees in Company X was not enough for growth,lack of corporate identity and corporate loyalty,and the cohesion of the enterprise was tested.Internal Problems With the intense competitive pressures in the external industries,the development of Company X has been severely restricted.Its industry influence has shown a declining trend in recent years,and the need for the internal management of Company X has become more evident.Based on the research and analysis of the status of Company X,this study found that there are some problems and shortcomings in X's current training system,such as lack of correct cognition of training needs,lack of flexibility in training design,hindrance of staff participation in training and implementation,evaluation of training and flow of information and imperfect information construction.In response to the above issues,X has carried out a series of targeted construction measures: First,to improve the company's training needs analysis methods to correctly guide the training preparation correctly;Second,to enrich and improve the company's training organization to diversified training needs.Third,to strengthen the construction and management of internal lecturer team to improve the education management level of company training;Fourth,to standardize and perfect the implementation method of training evaluation for grasping the training effect of training system effectively,to promote the continuous improvement of the training system itself.Fifth,to establish and improve a training information management system to provide technical support for the implementation of other measures through network technology.Through the implementation of the above construction measures,the training effect of X company training system has been enhanced,the quality of employee have been enhanced,employees' loyalty and identity have been enhanced,which has played an active role in enhancing cohesion and stimulating the vitality of enterprises.At the same time through this study,further deepening the importance of enterprise training for the long-term development of enterprises.
