| With the development of economic level and the transformation of industrial structure,labor-intensive enterprises in inland areas of China are facing the pressure of labor force and rising production costs.In order to unilaterally pursue profit maximization,enterprises ignore safe production,which leads to the frequent occurrence of various safety production accidents in labor-intensive enterprises in recent years.This also warns us that we must establish,improve and comprehensively implement the safety management of labor-intensive enterprises,which are suitable for China's actual conditions.HEILONGJIANG CHIA TAI is a meat processing enterprise based on chicken food processing.The company is now facing a number of unfavorable factors such as low level of technical skills,low quality of personnel and intensive labor force;so,it is imperative to improvement and promotion the safety management.HEILONGJIANG CHIA TAI is Thailand's Chia Tai Group,a large-scale modern farming and animal husbandry enterprises,which integrates animal husbandry and industry integration,production and marketing of one-stop.The company covers an area of more than 82000 square meters,with a building area of more than 37500 square meters and more than 2500 employees.They can slaughter and processing 30 million broilers each year,with an annual output of 90,000 tons of chicken products,processed cooked products 30,000 tons.The company set up the Ministry of State Security,with a general manager,a manager,a total of two departments,a total of 30 people.It is a functional department to maintain the company's safety in production and public order,and is mainly responsible for the safety production supervision and management of the company.Since the establishment of the SHE management system("S" safety,"H" health,"E" environment)in 2013,the system has undergone two years of operation and has made some achievements,but there is still a certain gap compared with the EHS management of some advanced enterprises in the world.For example,when it comes to safety issues,many department managers,section chiefs and front-line workers think this is a matter for the Ministry of State Security and should be coordinated by the safety manager,safety chief or security officer.There will be no Du Pont employees safety philosophy: Management at all levels are directly responsible for their own safety.In this regard,the safety management ofHEILONGJIANG CHIA TAI has been improved.This paper first expands on the background of the research,elaborates the safety accidents at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the safety management situation of HEILONGJIANG CHIA TAI Company.Describe the purpose and significance of the research,and learn from the advanced safety management experience of foreign enterprises for reference,and develops the framework of safety management of HEILONGJIANG CHIA TAI Company.This paper deep analyzes all kinds of safety production problems of HEILONGJIANG CHIA TAI Company in production and operation,and analyzes the root causes of their problems.And make a feasible improvement plan for the cause of the problem,and improve the safety management level of the company through the improvement of employees,equipment and management.Formulate implementation plans and safeguard measures to ensure that the scheme can be carried out normally.Finally,evaluate the implementation effect of the scheme.The research results have a great impact on the safety management of HEILONGJIANG CHIA TAI Company,which not only reduces the occurrence of industrial accidents,but also enhances the safety awareness of the employees.As a result,the whole company has formed a good atmosphere of safety management.The main purpose of this paper is based on the safety management level of HEILONGJIANG CHIA TAI,to improve the safety benefits of the company as the starting point.The ultimate goal is to enhance the core competitiveness of CHIA TAI Company. |
